On behalf of our client, one of the world’s most prominent jewellery brands, we are looking to appoint an accomplished Team Leader to join the team at their Sydney Flagship store. This role has become available due to internal progression.
We are seeking a Manager who has a solid business acumen, strong operations skill set and the ability to create a world-class shopping environment, a strong product background in the luxury goods industry is important. This is a high profile role for someone that loves exceeding expectations.
Alongside the boutique management team you will be accountable for managing and driving a close-knit team of your own (around 8 staff)
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where you and your team exceed expectations, build and nurture relationships and drive sales.
Skills and Experience required;
- Proven luxury retail experience at a management level
- Strong client book and clientelling experience
- Exposure to driving sales, performance management and succession planning your team
- Operating within a global business, dealing with senior stakeholders and regional offices
- Strong luxury market knowledge; RTW, leather-goods, watches and/ or jewelery.
Excellent salary package on offer; $75’000 – $80’000 super + excellent bonus potential + commission
