From here we will create an action plan of which businesses we will introduce you to, never doing so without your consent. These introductions will go in to far more depth than an online application as we highlight your strengths and why we think you’d be a great fit for the business to the relevant person.
During the interview process we will help coordinate the meetings and ensure you have as much information you need to feel prepared, informed, confident and ready for the conversation.
We will offer you feedback from these meetings, whether it be positive feedback as we take your application to the next stage or constructive feedback to allow you to learn from the process for future applications.
