Store Operations Leader – Chadstone

Our client are one of the world’s most renowned luxury brands at the forefront of high jewellery .

We are currently seeking a Store Operations leader to join their busy Chadstone location in a rare Monday – Friday position!

Working closely with the Store Manager and team you will ensure seamless back of house and stock operations are adhered to in the boutique, creating a well organised, service-led sales environment.

Key responsibilities;

  • ensuring accurate and well kept inventory and back of house area
  • unpacking of stock and new deliveries
  • overseeing stock transfers
  • stock-take, regular audits and product counts/ variance investigations
  • wrapping and presenting purchases to be shipped and couriered
  • office supply orders; stationary, drinks, etc
  • petty cash recording
  • stock repairs logged

About you;

  • experience working in a premium or luxury retail environment
  • strong systems / POS experience
  • ability to work in a very fast paced and dynamic store environment
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • strong organisational and operations skills
  • strong admin and knowledge of MS Office programs
