We are currently seeking a Store Operations leader to join their busy Chadstone location in a rare Monday – Friday position!
Working closely with the Store Manager and team you will ensure seamless back of house and stock operations are adhered to in the boutique, creating a well organised, service-led sales environment.
Key responsibilities;
- ensuring accurate and well kept inventory and back of house area
- unpacking of stock and new deliveries
- overseeing stock transfers
- stock-take, regular audits and product counts/ variance investigations
- wrapping and presenting purchases to be shipped and couriered
- office supply orders; stationary, drinks, etc
- petty cash recording
- stock repairs logged
About you;
- experience working in a premium or luxury retail environment
- strong systems / POS experience
- ability to work in a very fast paced and dynamic store environment
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong organisational and operations skills
- strong admin and knowledge of MS Office programs
