Our client has a network of stores Australia-wide, as the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Operations/Logistics Executive.
Reporting to the Wholesale Manager, key responsibilities will include;
- Coordinating channel activities (supply chain, logistics, etc.)
- Sales and Operations support
- Adhoc administrative duties and reporting
- Sales Order Administration
- Liaising with finance
- Processing Orders
- Sharing shipment information to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with wholesale orders
We are looking for;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to problem solve and make timely decisions
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Proficient in MS office including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
