Recruitment Consultant – Digital/ eComm Specialist

Established in Melbourne in 2012, CVinternational have an office in the heart of Melbourne and Central London. We are the leading international talent acquisition partner to the retail and direct to consumer sectors covering all retail functions from shop floor to head office roles; Retail store operations, buying, merchandise planning, HR, Finance, Marketing, Design, Digital and e-commerce.

Due to growth we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Melbourne to focus on our growing Digital and eCommerce desk.

This is an autonomous, 360 recruiter role that will see you run your own desk. We are a very collaborative team but you will be accountable for generating new clients and relevant industry talent. We have an extensive global talent base that you can utilise. You will love networking and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Our team love what they do and we offer a supportive, collaborative and fun working environment, however personal drive and determination is essential to succeed in this role, whilst we are a supportive business we do expect that you will use your own initiative and be a ‘self-starter’ – you will be resourceful and resilient.

We are keen to hear from candidates that have proven experience in the agency based recruitment space and/ or a digital or eCommerce background.

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess:

• At least 2 years of agency recruitment experience
• Or direct digital or eCommerce experience
• Proven experience working with targets and KPIs
• Strong influencing and problem solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills – you will spend a lot of time on the phone and meeting candidates and clients in person and through video calls
• Positive and outgoing personality and able to use initiative

We have a busy office space in the heart of Richmond where you will work alongside a small but well-established team of highly skilled and specialised Recruiters who love retail and all that comes with working in this dynamic and sometimes crazy industry.

Excellent base salary (based on experience) + super +  uncapped commission structure.
