About the role:
We are a looking for an experienced and invigorated Assistant Store Manager to take lead in a new luxury boutique in Adelaide. To be successful, you will use your skills to positively manage, develop, inspire and coach the team to deliver expert levels of service and drive outstanding store sales.
You will be rewarded with a generous bonus scheme because of your accomplishment in surpassing business targets and KPIs.
Skills required:
- At least 2 years at a retail management level
- Proactivity with networking, business development and special events
- Motivating your team to achievement KPIs and store targets using your strong business acumen
- Exposure within luxury retail sales
- Inspiring visual merchandising ability
- Capacity to successfully drive sales and profitability
- Manage and encourage team performances
- Willingness and experience in instilling a fabulous culture
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills that go above expectations
- Experience in timepieces is not essential, more importantly is an interest in the industry, relationship building expertise and a willingness to learn
