This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join this hugely successful luxury brand. We are looking for an experienced After Sales Consultant/ Service Manager to join our client in their esteemed Barangaroo boutique; showcasing some of the finest timepieces available.
We are looking for a diligent retailer who prides themselves on delivering an exceptional client experience through high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key attributes required:
- a strong attention to detail whilst multitasking
- excellent communication skills, the ability to delight your client and exceed expectations
- strong problem solving ability
- experience within a retail After Sales role/ Service Manager role
- a genuine interest in high luxury goods
- an understanding of the standards required at this level
- previous experience with fine jewelery and/ or time-pieces a bonus
