Skills required:
- Surpassing KPI and store targets
- Imaginative ability in visual merchandising
- Ability to drive sales and profitability
- Inspire a team, manage performances, great communication
- Excitement for fashion and accessories
- Operationally savvy (reporting, BOH etc.)
- Providing clients with high end customer service
