We are excited to represent a prestigious international high-jewellery and luxury timepiece brand, now seeking a Sales Associate for their exquisite Sydney CBD boutique.
As a Sales Associate, you will be a vital partner to the management team, leading daily operations within this iconic boutique. Your role will include driving exceptional sales, cultivating a loyal client base, and providing seamless support for client inquiries, exclusive trunk shows, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain outstanding client relationships, delivering a world-class in-store experience for every customer.
- Showcase entrepreneurial flair and storytelling skills to elevate brand appeal.
- Demonstrate a passion for luxury sales, with strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Proactively network and collaborate with local businesses to expand reach and client base.
- Drive boutique sales, maintaining impeccable customer service standards.
- Utilise CRM systems effectively to manage and nurture client relationships.
- Leverage prior experience in the luxury market; background in fine jewellery, watches, leather goods, or ready-to-wear is a plus.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of up to $65,000, complemented by an exceptional commission structure and superannuation.
